We act as a loan brokerage service, connecting users with potential lenders. However, MXRICH does not guarantee loan approval, as final decisions are made by banks or financial institutions.

You must be at least 21 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under Singapore law to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. No Guarantee of Loan Approval

We do not guarantee loan approval, interest rates, or terms, as these are determined solely by third-party financial institutions. You acknowledge that MXRICH is not a lender and acts only as an intermediary.
