To get the best results, craft your prompts based on your needs as a mortgage applicant, home buyer, or seller. Our platform includes guided advisory tools, scenario studies, and chart presentations tailored to your inputs. Learn effective prompting techniques on our How to Prompt page or watch our YouTube tutorials.

Step 3: Engage Human Consultant

After receiving an AI-generated response, you can engage our human consultants for further assistance. Copy the shareable link of your prompt correspondence by clicking the "Share" button in the Platform’s chat interface. This link captures your query and AI response for review.

For Mortgage Applicants (New Purchase, Refinancing, Equity Cash Out)

The AI provides comprehensive responses with tables and charts based on your input. For package recommendations or loan applications, copy the share link and send it via WhatsApp or email to consultant001@mx-rich.com. Our consultants and bank representatives will review your query and contact you via email to proceed.

For Valuation Requests

The AI delivers market reviews based on recent transactions. For a formal valuation report, copy the share link and send it via WhatsApp or email to consultant001@mx-rich.com, specifying the purpose (e.g., buy, sell, financial reporting, or mortgage).

For Buy, Sell, and Rent

MXRICH Pte Ltd is not a property agency but partners with experienced property marketing consultants. Copy the share link, send it to consultant001@mx-rich.com, and specify your purpose. We’ll refer you to a trusted partner at no cost.

Important Notes

  • For straightforward mortgage applications (new purchase, refinance, equity cash out), no fees are payable to MXRICH Pte Ltd in most cases.
  • For formal valuation reports, users may need to pay a valuation fee to the valuation company, depending on the purpose.
  • For buy, sell, or rent services, MXRICH Pte Ltd connects you to trusted property agents. Any commission agreements are between you and the agent.
